The tool allows you to quickly and easily communicate your business requirements. Once you submit your information, it will be sent to approved solution providers who can competitively bid on and support your specific solution.

Here’s how it works:

1) Answer some solution-specific questions

Through a quick questionnaire, we will determine the basic requirements for your solution. For example, if you are looking for a data backup solution, we might ask how much data you expect to backup per month.

2) Provide some information about your business

Help solution providers best meet your needs by offering purchasing specifics such as your timeframe or number of sites involved.

3) Enter your contact information

This information will be kept strictly confidential, and shared only with the local solution providers you select.

4) Select solution provider(s)

Once you complete your questionnaire, you’ll see a list of approved solution providers (where available), qualified to meet your needs, along with brief descriptions of their businesses. Choose among them to get comparative quotes.

5) Submit your request!

You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. If this is your first quote request through Intel Business Exchange, you’ll be asked to click a link within the email to verify your information. Then just sit back and wait for quotes to arrive from your selected solution providers.
