Intel BX brings together the latest informative resources like articles and whitepapers on business solutions, making it a perfect first stop in your research process. But you can also connect with peers, read blog posts and see ratings to get real-world input. When you’re ready to make a purchase, Intel BX offers a robust quoting system to find a solution provider who can implement your chosen solution. Answer a few questions, then choose up to 3 solution providers to bid on your business.
What kinds of solutions does Intel BX offer?
You can find solutions for storage, security, telecommunications and business applications, with more coming online regularly. All solutions feature leading Intel technology and software applications, and are implemented by approved solution providers.
Are there any promotions or special offers?
Yes, you’ll find special offers and incentives as a featured part of most solution offerings. There is also a special offers page where you can see all promotions running at a given time.
What if I only want software?
Intel® Software Exchange offers leading software titles meeting a wide range of business needs. Take a look at the offerings at swx.intel.com.
Do I have to join or pay anything?
You do not need to be a member to participate in Intel Business Exchange. Simply come, explore and discover solutions to your business challenges. There are no fees to use the site. When you request a quote, you will fill out some basic contact information that can be stored in a profile, saving you time on subsequent visits. Your information will be kept completely confidential and will not be shared with any third-party vendors. See more in our privacy policy.
What happens when I request a quote?
When you request a quote on a solution, you will be asked to answer a few quick questions on your needs. (How big is your business? What is your timeline for making a decision?) You’ll also be asked to provide basic contact information. These details will be sent to the solution providers you select. Within 48 hours, you will hear back from each solution provider, either to offer a bid on the implementation, or to request further information. You can then select the bid that best suits your needs.
If I accept a bid, do I pay through Intel?
No. The Intel Business Exchange merely introduces you to the solution providers. Any transactions will be handled directly between you and the solution provider you select.
What if I want a different solution provider?
If you are dissatisfied with your experience, you can request to have a different solution provider bid on your solution, provided there are additional options in your area.
How do I provide feedback or contribute to ratings?
After your quote request has been processed, you will receive an email invitation to fill out a survey on your experience. Click the link to answer a few quick questions and rate both the solution you selected and the solution provider that implemented it. Your feedback will then be aggregated into a rating for both, adding valuable information that helps other business people make informed purchasing decisions.
